This thread is for members who have reached the 75 point threshold needed to enter the iPhone Social contest at EverythingiCafe. Please DO NOT post in this thread with questions regarding the contest or for any reason other than advising me that you've reached the 75 point plateau needed.

I would advise everyone to atleast give this a shot. It's very easy to use and a great way to post all your pics and all in one spot.

Make friends, join groups, edit your profile, post your status, add photos, etc. Basically anything that posts a bulletin on the social's home page earns you a point.

Unlike other contests where I wait to hear from the winner before announcing, I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to contact the winner of the iPhone Social contest. I'll be sending out an email after this post and make a formal announcement on the site later today.

I want to thank each and every one of you who made it to 75 points. I appreciate you taking the time to learn a new area of the site and have some fun with it. I do hope that you'll continue to use iPhone Social and I hope to bring some new things to make it a more enjoyable experience. In the end, it's about offering our readers more ways to interact. Not only on this site, but Everything Q had a similar contest. It was pretty awesome to read daily profile updates, see personal photos and of course the proliferation of groups. I have this crazy idea that forums are just part of the equation and that a true community site should go beyond offering "bulletin boards". I think the members who participated in this contest did just that and I thank you. I'm hoping to add a new feature in the coming days and perhaps another new contest in the New Year.

i would like to thank chris for being such a great admin. and having great contests like these and running a great site with a great social. And of course this site wouldn't be awesome without all you great characters :) thanks again. i think i'm going to buy my mom something because i wasn't able to get her anything for christmas and she really deserves something. she is a very selfless person whom commits herself to us so i want to surprise her with something. I told her i had won a contest on these forums, but she didn't believe me lol. i guess because i have gotten scammed a couple times in previous years lol. i was like mom i won a contest! and shes like... sure, whats the catch? and i was like nothing mom i'm serious i won! She still doesn't believe me lol... but she will when i buy her a present ;)
