Well on my iPhone, I have this case on it:

http://store.apple.com/us/product/TS458VC/A?fnode=MTY1NDA0NA&mco=MjQzNTM4OQ&p=2&s=topSellers

It's exactly like this, except it's clear.

My problem is that no matter what I do, I can't take it off my phone.
I found one way that seems like it'll work, but it also seems like it'll snap the case in half.
I wanted to take out my SIM card so I could finally use my Bold again, but it won't budge!!

Anyone else have experience with this case?

Hmm...maybe your iPhone is telling you something... I don't use a case myself but I looked on YouTube and the guy uses a quarter to pry it off in the upper right corner.

Look at the video at around 7:15.

I read 'em all before I bought it in the Apple store.
I'm not really concerned about it.

I already have an invisibleSHIELD on it, I just wanted something else for a little more protection.

That's what I was trying to do, but it seems like it's going to break and I don't want that to happen.

But oh well, I'm fine with using the iPhone. I really am enjoying it with 2.2.

Sav- I have had a couple of cases that have cost good money that my husband has had to literally and carefully break off my phone. It sucks. I hope you get it off, just be real careful.

I think it's because I have the IS on it. It's squeezed on pretty tightly with the IS... I hope I won't have to break this one off.

And was the Agent 18 case one of the ones he had to break?

No it was not Agent 18, I returned that one back to Apple, but I had IS on the phone at the time and that is why you are probably having such a hard time.

I actually had to cut a tiny piece off of each corner on the IS to get the shield to fit. It's on that tightly... :foot:

i used the agent18 for a few months (two, actually)... great case, but it was definitely not meant to fit over an invisible shield. I have found that the clear agent18 to fit a bit more loosely than the black one, so it may work better for you.

That's very weird. Apple shouldn't produce a cover that can't be easily taken off the iPhone afterwards, that's totally lame.

It's not from Apple, its Agent 18, and it's my fault. It's because I squeezed it on top of an invisibleSHIELD.

And btw, I was able to get it off, but it took a TON of force.

Ah my bad. Well it didn't sound right for me anyways, a cover that can't be easily taken off? That's kind of weird. I would have definitely used force to take it out even if it'll wreck it, you don't know how rushed I be in trying new phones and stuff. So I'd do anything to take my sim card out and put it in a new phone, especially since I don't like my iPhone 3G that much. I'm not saying it's bad, but maybe I had higher expectations because of all what the people said and because of its ads, while it disappointed me so much when I first tried it. Oh well, who knew :).

How about you just take it off your iphone
if you cannot pull a case off your iphone i think its time to go to the gym little guy

it IS easily taken off... just not when you use it in a way it was not designed for.

It's not about not being able to take off the case. It's about the fact that it was being used in a way it's not supposed to be used, and I didn't want to damage it, or the phone.
