Podcast Capture

Does anyone know how to use Podcast Capture on a Mac? I click the icon but then it asks me to type in a server, username, and password...where do I get all that stuff from? I'd like to begin exploring the possibilities of creating a podcast. Thanks!

As far as I know, you need to run Mac Os X server - it's not included with Leopard, you have to buy it separately.
