Syncing Contacts ?

soooo i have about 200 contacts in my iPhone and i wanna back them up on my computer. how would i go about doing this....(i know it seems simple but i wanna make sure its done right:2cool:)

Go into itunes, on the phones page click on the info tab and there is a spot to sync contacts, hope that helps
