Update trouble

I need help, I was updating my wifes I phone to 2.2 and now it is asking for a passcode, whichshe never put on. What do I do now?:frown:

1) Try 1-2-3-4
2) Call the place she bought the phone. They probably use a standard code.

I did a restore and tried it again and it worked.
