how to get music off my iphone to mac

i just bought a new macbook but i need to get my music to my itunes on it what are some ( hopefully free ) programs that can do the job.

I used a an application called Senuti that did that. Last time I checked there was a Macintosh version, and it's a free program. It lets you copy songs from your iPod/iPhone to your computer (it doesn't delete/remove them from the iPod/iPhone itself).
