Power button not working!!!!!!!!

Has anyone heard about this? My power/lock button doesn't do anything anymore! Everything else works perfect. I'm afraid that if I ever run out of battery, I won't be able to turn the phone back on. Would a restore take care of this. It is a JB 2.0.2 2G.

You could try restoring, but it won't do much if its an actual physical problem with the phone.

You could always take the phone in to Apple if you still have warranty.

Yeah, that's what I'm affraid of, hardware problem. I don't think I have warranty anymore. I'll try calling Apple to see what they say.

Restore your phone then take it to apple.
