The cause of my recent lags/crashes

Was clockscreen. I disabled and uninstalled that "widget" and my phone is back to normal. I still have winterboard and sbprefs and lincoln's widgets. My phone is quite peppy, and hasn't crashed since then. Safari actually remembers web pages now. It might be to early to tell - but I've not had one problem since getting rid of clockscreen.

I never tried Clockscreen but last night I decided to restore and leave it that way for a bit. I hate it. Everything looks so boring. However, my phone is running extremely fast and I love that aspect of it. Glad to see you were able to pinpoint the problem.
