Ipod while screen is locked?

I was wiping my screen while it was locked and all of a sudden the play and pause buttons came up and I could listen to songs....I cant seem to replicate it. Does anyone know how I did it?

Hold the home and power button until it restarts. See if that will work.

Double Tap your home button while it is on the lock screen and the Ipod controls should come up again. You can change your home button settings as well.

no, dont do that!!! it's supposed to happen, push the home button twice (quickly) while phone is locked to access the ipod. it's a feature of the phone :2cool:

You can turn it on or off in your settings. look for home button- you have 3 or 4 options

double click the home button while the screen is locked and it will resumed or play the next song. This can be done at anytime whether the phone is locked or not.

default settings have your favorites open when home button is double clicked when phone is not locked.

default settings:

phone locked, double click home button - opens ipod

phone unlocked, double click home button - opens favorites (contacts)
