I had a few hundred rollover minutes in my account that were only one month old, as well as some unused minutes from last month. When my billing cycle was up, they simply disappeared from my online account. They weren't supposed to expire. Is this normal?

Don't know the full situation, but I would call ATT and see what's up.

Rollover minutes expire every year. Any that you haven't used up after one year in your contract are basically thrown out. Not sure if that may be the situation you are in...

Did you change you plan? If you go to a plan with lower minutes you lose some of your minutes.
