Grrr... Really angry with AT&T's Edge network

Anyone NOT having problems with AT&T's Edge network?? When I'm using a wireless network, the iphone behaves beutifully. But over the edge network, everything is agonizingly slow, and I cannot send email. At all.

As soon as I'm back in wireless range, any emails sitting in my outbox that wouldn't send over the Edge network send without any problems at all.

Works fine over here. I don't expect it to be as fast as my cable modem, so it does rather well. A big tip: I've read that if you're physically moving (especially in a car) your internet speed will drop DRAMATICALLY.
After some testing, I have seen that this statement stands true. BIG TIME.
