Elan Form Case Leather coming loose?

Help, I have Griffin's Elan Form case and I love it. One major problem tho. As you normally hold the iPhone in your hand the bottom left corner rests in your palm. Well the leather on my case is coming loose at the seam there. It slides around like the glue has become rubbery or gummy. I assume it it is from the natural moisture of your hand? This is the second case that has done this. My first one did it and I wrote Griffin. They said I must have had a faulty case and should return it to the store. I took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it. I was hoping that would be it but my second case is now doing the same.
I am disappointed and sure hope Griffin has a fix.:frown:
