Need For Speed Undercover - On Or After Nov. 18

USA Today (http://www.usatoday.com/tech/products/games/2008-10-28-nissan-video-game_N.htm?csp=34) is reporting that "Need For Speed Undercover" will arrive in stores by Nov. 18. If "Spore Origins" is any indication, the iPhone game should be in the App Store a few days after Nov. 18 at the latest.

The article also says that we will be able to drive the new Nissan 370Z in the game before the car appears in showrooms.

I love NFS games. since I played it for the regular Playstation and when Underground came out forget. I woke up ate, Played Ate played and yea I really liked it. Hopefully this one is more of a full game and not a game you could beat in 10 minutes and please EA don't be cheap and give only like 4 cars.

I have to admit that EA has its hands full trying to best Asphalt 4 for the quantity of vehicles. I doubt it will have MORE vehicles. So, hopefully what it lacks in variety makes up in the gameplay. I already love that there's many different styles of rims. We'll see...

The cuztomizing of the cars might make the game more interesting since you could personalize more. And if it is Multiplayer, forget it!!! I'll be on it while at school, in the bathroom at work. That would make the game really worthwhile.

Perhaps only like Asphalt, where you can race your friend on the same wi-fi connection. I doubt there will be an open multiplayer mode (a la X-Box 360) over the internet.

we got some pokergames with online gaming, so i really don't know why it would not work. Fine, it will use alot of battery and CPU, but its totaly worth it :p

I hope it has online play, I used to play it on my PsP online a lot. I play adrenaline pool online and its a lot of fun. I dont see why NFS wouldnt have it

Need for Speed Undercover is a poor game with a ton of problems, both technically and in terms of design. The open world design is completely lost as you can't actually drive to any event, many races are closed off which means no cross traffic, and it's incredibly easy. The presentation could have been good but winds up feeling totally contrived and confusing at times. The game could, and should, have been leaps and bounds better than it is. As it stands, though, there's absolutely no reason to pick this up over the likes of Burnout Paradise or Midnight Club: Los Angeles, both of which demolish it in every way possible.

Well, plus it's comparing games that aren't even on the iPhone. So, who knows? It could be the BEST iPhone racing game!

EA already announced that "The Sims 3" will come out in June for desktops and the iPhone.

So far, nothing on NFS. Can we assume that NFS is coming out AFTER June?
