it says it suppose to be better than BossPrefs. But will it lag your phone. I might breakdown and try it later tonight.

Sounds interesting. Let me know how it turns out.

I have it, and so far I like it better, and have had no lag (no more than usual anyways). I love being able to toggle things without having to exit the app I'm already in.

I downloaded it, too. I love it so far. Being able to toggle 3g when you are in Safari is the best. Hopefully it won't effect battery life.

I'm liking it so far. Just have to wait and see if battery life will be affected. It is nice to toggle 3G without having to open or close an app.

Oh yeah, this is sweet. Trust me, I'll be keeping an eye on the lag situation closely.

Started using this a couple hours ago, I like it much better than the original Bossprefs. I also like the method of opening the app.

I haven't noticed any added batter drain either, which is nice.

Works great, but it needs airplane mode to make it perfect.

^^^ You don't have to. I had both installed for a few days to make sure I like SBsettings then I got rid of BossPrefs.

Great app (or sort-of app). However, not so great look upon installation, so.. HUD:

It has to negatively affect battery life, right? It may not be noticeable, but it has to be constantly running, monitoring the swipe action on the statue bar.

The only way I can see it not running constantly is if the app changed the default behavior of the swipe event and is only invoked after a swipe.

At any rate I like the app--been using it for a couple of days now.

I've been using it for almost week now. Can't say i've noticed a difference in battery life. I use it quite often (toggling 3G and wifi).

Thanks for the heads up. Very nice app, I love how I can toggle protocols and settings on and off without having to leave an application.

I've been using it since it came out and haven't noticed any appreciable battery drain or lagging. I have noticed that if you toggle things too quickly, sometimes they don't register. I had a state the other day where SBsettings would no longer turn on my Wifi, but toggling it manually in settings solved it.

Very solid program, overall. I love it.
