Cannot make a dial call after Jailbreak

Hi, all.
I've a 3G 8GB and I did Jailbreak it using QuickPwn. Everything is going right but the only problem is that I cann't make a dial call by using the Phone icon. I have to use the contact icon then choose the contact name and make a outgoing call from there. Dose anyone here know how to fix it? Thank you very much.

Could you show me the way how to restore? I did re-jailbreak 3 times but still got same problem.

To restore, all you do is plug it into iTunes, and in the "Summary" tab, click on "Restore"

The button in the circle is where you have to click.
