problems with weather widget

anyone getting funny behaviour from the weather widget? It takes a couple of hours to come on after every respring and now it's telling me it's sunny, but it's like 9pm and pitchblack outside, only started behaving like this a few days ago

oh great, so it's not just me, I was thinking I had broken it
Maybe apples weather serverhas gone down, when I get to a pc I might try switching it to the yahoo one
