I just installed 2.1, and jailbroke it with Pwnage. I now have a No Service notice at the top of my phone.
Any suggestions?

Is it still there? Turn the phone off and back on again

When I re-boot, it comes back on with a quarter of a bar showing, but in short order that goes away. The bottom line is I have no phone service!
Thanks.

hmmm Are you in a "bad" area....? I assume you had fine service BEFORE you jailbroke? Restore again and make sure you have service before you jailbrake. That will help narrow the problem. If your service still sucks after a fresh restore to factory and you're in an area where att service is fine, then it could be hardware related.... First i've heard of jailbraking causing service issues...mine is fine and i've been jailbraking since day 1.

I fixed it. I had to restore. I missed a step with Pwnage. I did not uncheck the Activate Phone option. I re-Pwange'ed and unchecked the option, and it's okay now.
Thanks OJ :2cool:
