whats going on with my phone..

it says connect to itunes outta nowhere.
then i connect to itunes and it say i cant access it becasue it has the passcode lock
but i cant enter the code becuase all i get is the picture of it showing me to connect to itunes..
help any please

Hmm that's an odd one.

If you've done a hard reset (hold home and lock buttons until it turns off and on again) and that didn't work, and you don't get any better solutions, you should do a DFU restore:

Connect to iTunes. Press home and lock for 10 seconds, then let go of the lock button. Keep holding the home button for another 8 seconds or so until iTunes recognizes it in DFU mode. You should then be able to restore from your backup (hopefully you've synced recently)

i did the restore and still the same thing. says make sure sim card is in and its not pin locked or something. then says it doesnt have enough information to activate the phone.
i thonk im going to take it to the genuis bar this is not cool
