I'm currently using Outlook with IMAP email via bluehost.com (my own domain). What is the best/least expensive solution for me if I want email pushed to my iPhone, but still have it sync with my Outlook inbox, subfolders and sent mail? If I use Mail2Web's push email, it simply forwards all mails sent to my account to the mail2web account, pushing it to my phone... so it doesn't actually sync. I want a solution that will allow me to view on my phone the same emails and folders I see in Outlook on my PC.

You need to have Exchange Mail server setup for your domain mail. It's not the same as IMAP, and will push your mail, contacts and calendar to you.
Things to remember:
1) setting up exchange will remove your current information. Calendar, and contacts would be over-written. If you already have them in your Outlook file, it should upload to the Exchange server and then push back down to you.
2)In order for this to be affective, you need to keep the push option on, which is a heavy drain on battery power.

Can you tell by looking at Bluehost.com if I have the option of upgrading/changing my email account from IMAP to Exchange, or how should I go about getting Exchange Mail set up for my domain mail?
Also, does having Push set to ON and Fetch to OFF use more battery power than setting Push to OFF and Fetch to Every 15 minutes?
I have no idea how to look at your domain and answer whether or not you can upgrade.
AS far as having Push on...It's pointless without a push account. Fetch every 15 minutes will wear on the battery, but should be better with push off.

Granted Exchange hosting is great, but I think it's over priced. Check out Kerio Mail Hosting - www.keriomailhosting.com (http://www.keriomailhosting.com) - It has the same features as exchange, but is much cheaper.
