Transferring from one iTunes to another?

Hi everyone, basically I bought a laptop the other day and obviously I have lost my iTunes music. Is there any way that I can get all the music on my iTunes on my desktop PC onto my laptop without using a USB stick. The computers are linked up with wireless so is there any way that they can link up together with iTunes. Please reply as soon as possible, because I'd like to get all the music on their as soon as I can.

Thanks. How do I go about transferring that iTunes folder from one computer to the other as it is 2.3GB and the disks I have can only hold 700MB lol. Also, I'm gonna need to get all my iPhone applications on here as well as if I sync I will lose all of my apps.
