Well, that was an informative post.

What doesn't sync? What are the problems? Sync is working well here, for the most part. Sync is really really hard to get right over the air. If you had specific questions, we could help you troubleshoot--unless you're just venting.

You might want to try interways.net, see other thread about alternatives...

I love Mobile Me. Everything syncs and my push email works great!

The only time I have had syncing problems is when I installed my new anti virus software. Had to set it up for MM.

Like the others said, more info would be nice.

Mobile Me works great for me aside from the fact that the push email isn't always instant, but it does work very well.

I'm having a problem with my contacts syncing. After I initially synced them (which wiped them from my iPhone), I haven't been able to get them back onto my iPhone, please help!

Using MobileMe? Interways?

Yea, I just signed up for MobileMe today. What is "interways?"

Some MM haters have been touting it as a one-to-one replacement for MM, which I've disproven.

Relax MobileMe when first set up pulls all you contacts off your iPhone. It is a matter of time before they return. They will retiurn though just be patient. People never read the instuctions of things they use. It might be a good idea to read first and use later...Mark

I was just thinking about when I first activated my iPhone at the AT&T Store. Was a great experience demonstrating Mobile Me. I entered my account info and about a minute later my calendar and contacts were on the iPhone. The AT&T Rep said "I have to get that Mobile Me."

I'm reading this and just wondering why should I get MM? If I plug my iPhone in to my computer it syncs up with my contacts list and my iCal anyways. Besides the push e-mail, why should I pay $100 a year for something that the iPhone already does?

You're really paying for the idisk space and the mobile me picture gallery as well as the sync over the air. I honestly love Mobile Me. I tried the trial period and I'm hooked. I love that if i change something on my phone, its already on my computer so I don't have to worry about it.

I also love having the idisk as well as the picture gallery. But thats just me

I am using the free trial, and so far I like it too. However, I have 2 contact lists, for work and personal, and I cannot choose only 1 of those to sync. I don't want ALL contacts in my phone. Plus the contacts do seem to take a while to sync. Over 48 hours in my case when I first tried it, then about 1-2 hours when adding or removing. iCal syncs great, and push mail is wonderful.
