Can't get safari to load web page

My iTouch connects to the web easily for weather, stocks, uTube, and email. when trying to load safari web pages, it just endlessly processes and never gets to the web page. Any suggestions?

You are clearly accessing the internet. It is possible that the issue may only be with that website. Have you tried different sites?
