Sync iCal with Google Calender?

I know that there is BusySync (http://www.busymac.com/) and Spanning Sync (http://spanningsync.com/), but I want to know if anyone has tried either one of these.
What I am going to need from either one is to pretty much access only my iCal calender. Does it allow multiple calenders within iCal, I will not be sharing calenders, just pretty much being able to access my calender from a computer outside my network.

Are there others I should be looking at?

How can I sync Google Calender and iCal through Nueva Sync, I looked on the website and I could not find anything.
