Mobile Me annoying pop-up window!

Hi, I just cancelled my free trial of Mobile Me this past weekend but every 15-30 minutes a MobileMe Sync window pops up saying either my Mobile me account has expired or can't sync b/c not connected.
How do I stop these pop-ups from reappearing!?

is this Windows?? Did you go into the Control Panel and MobileMe and turn it off in there so it does not try to sync???

Yes it's Windows. I just did go to Control Pamel and signed out. Hopefully it works.
