How to get flash content

I did a search before but couldn't find anything, so I'm not sure if this was posted already, but anyways, in this video it explains how to get flash content on the iPhone or iPod Touch.

Edit: Doesn't work for all things that might need flash, but so far works for about 12 things, and they are currently working on more sites.
