I do it directly via iTunes. I synchronize my contacts/address books, mail and bookmarks.

when it syncs automatically /via USB connection / the iMac address book does not show new contacts I made on my iPhone.

Did you get my second reply? When I sync via usb connection. My new changes on my iphone does not download to the address book on my imac.

While syncing between my i-phone and my mac pro ... I deleted many contacts from my mac pro. I still have all the contact information on i-phone. How do I upload the contact information from my i-phone to my mac?
