The new battery backups from Richardsolo now are compatible with the IPHONE 3g. These are batteries that they started to ship after September 9th. The orginal battery worked fine as a charge but would not charge iteslf and the iphone together as advertised. (NOTE IT DID WORK ON IPHONE V1) They realized the problem and sent out new batteries to previous owners. I got mine yesterday and it works great.
I never leave home with out this toy.
