Start fresh?

I feel like I've messed up my jailbroken phone a bit. It takes FOREVER to restart and the battery life is very noticeably worse over the last few days.

SO what steps do I take to "start fresh" with the jailbroken firmware/fresh device, etc. etc. ?

If you Pwned, you should have a copy of your Pwned firmware. Restore using that version and your jailbroken iPhone will be good as new. And still jailbroken.

I would start fresh if it's really bad. How did you jailbreak? If it was the Windows method, there's an easier version out today:

Restore in iTunes and create a new firmware - don't use your old one, just to be safe. If you use a PC, use QuickPwn, and if you use a Mac, use PwnageTool.
