how to customize calendar event ringtone alerts -

The alert options are very limited and I have several ringtones which are very loud which I'd prefer. How can I get one of my custom ringtones to be my event alert sound? it appears I must select from the 6 presented...

I do not think it is possible to use your own ringtones in place of the alert tones it allows for. However, if you Jailbreak then you should be able to SSH in the sound file and replace one of the stock ones, thus leaving you with the ringtone you choose.

Unfortunately I do not think so. It might come in a future Apple update, but I wouldn't plan on it.

You could try finding a Calculator App within the iTunes App Store that lets you set events and such, but I'm not sure if such one exists.
