The only way to change the Home Screen background is to jailbreak your iPhone.

She's using an older version of the iPhone operating system in the picture, but if you've upgraded to 3.0 you can use either of these guides to jailbreak.

Are the rhinestones on there real good? I'm always afraid of those cases because I don't want the little rhinestones to fall off. ):
