I'm assuming you have a white case? Are these smudges?

"Wear" is pretty vague.

Scratches? Dents? Peeling paint? Worse?

one the corner near the headset, it's rough like wear and tear, also there are some spots on the back, I'm not sure but I think that it's from my case... I have one and it only comes of to clean it

Sounds like the case is rubbing the phone whenever you handle it and it's causing the wear. You probably can't get rid of the existing wear but you can probably prevent more wear by putting a skin on it like Invisi-shield or BestSkinsEver...

If you're comfortable working with with some very fine grit sand paper, you can probably buff it out but you'd have to be careful and use very fine grit (600+) or maybe something like Brasso, a liquid scratch remover. I've used it on some plastics and it worked well.

I really want to get rid of the existing wear... But I don't know what would work well on the plastic... Has anyone used anything to get rid of scratches?

Most products that will remove scratches from an automobile's paint will work well on plastics.
I've used 3m scratch remover on my phone with good results.

I use this stuff called PlastiX from Wal-Mart to remove surface scratches from auto headlights. It works great. You know how auto headlight lenses can get cloudy looking after a while? It is a thick liquid with a very mild abrasive that polishes plastic. I bet it would work on the phone.

Try a womens nail buffer. The smooth side works great on plastic.

Once you get the wear out, you should cover the phone with Bodyguardz, or Invisible Shield type protection.

Remember, no glove, no love.

I found something from Zagg called Applesauce polish... It says it works with iPods... Can someone confirm that this will work? It looks like it would... Take a look and see what you think...

Thanks!
