Dock won't change

So I have used ssh and replaced the file : /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/SBDockBG2.png

Nothing! And Winterboard doesn't have a dock option. How do I change it?

Change the SBDockBG.png file

It's easier to name the Dock you want Dock.png and place it in the theme you're using. WinterBoard will change it.

Thats what I did.

Downloaded Neurox Leopard via Cydia

Then SSHed into the phone to find out where it went ,which was:

private\var\mobile\Library\SummerBoard\Themes\

Then I just created a folder on my PC i.e the folder is titled Blue Theme and in that I placed Wallpaper.png , Dock.png and a folder called Icons (for the couple of icons I wanted replaced) . SSHed that into the Themes folder, rebooted , and changed via Winterboard
