So i'm at 2 minds to "Jailbreak" my Iphone 3G and I think the only thing stopping me at the moment is will I turn my phone into a Brick? How often does this happen? What if I needed to take my phone back to apple would they know? I know what I'm doing on a macbook/P.C however slightly more concerned with the Iphone? Any advice helpful:smile:

There have been very few cases of "bricked" phones. 99% of the time, you'll be able to Restore in iTunes should any issue come up.

Lincoln speaks the truth. There is almost no chance of you bricking your iPhone while jailbreaking. The youngest of iPhone owners jailbreak with no problems what so ever. They have really made the process very easy! (so easy a caveman can do it :D )

I am thinking of doing this too, but I have a P.C. so I need to wait for QuickQWN for PC.

Lincoln started a thread for firmware request's if you don't want to wait.
