Ever since I performed the iPhone update, my WiFi reception has constantly been cutting out. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have kind of the same problem my iPhone connect to 169.254.... instead of 192.168.1.4 per assign by my router. Even i tried static IP that doesn't help either safari always connect on 3G or Edge instead of wifi.
Edit:
I fixed the problem for now by reassigning IP address for my iPhone. The thing I notice is wifi taking longer time to connect compare to 2.02

Go into settings, general, reset and reset all settings. that should fix it

I had the same problem with my iphone 3g 2.1 and my problem was that the iphone can reject WEP key inscription. In your router settings, change the protection from WEP to WPA2, and type in a password, one thats really hard to guess and that should work. If you dont know how to access your router settings, contact your BB provider

I have an Itouch but can't connect to the internet. It connects fine when my router is not encrypted but when its encrypted with WPA2 it won't connect even with the password.
Anybody have any suggestions?
TIA

Hi, you should change your router inscription to WPA2 (TKA) it defaults to AER i think

Good article (http://www.iphonealley.com/news/iphones-not-connecting-to-wi-fi-apple-replacing-affected-units?) on the subject.

I misspoke in my post. I don't think my router (D-Link) DI-624 has WPA2. All I see is WPS and WPA-PSK.

you should be able to download updated firmware and install it on the router.
