Just that you are sending all your library info to apple, I know that it will be anonymous and not linked to your iTunes account, but is there anyway that apple can/will someday use the info against us? Like non-purchased songs in our libraries?

I don't think Apple wants to build a reputation as the "Music Police" so I doubt it would be an issue. One reason the Zune never really took off to much DRM crap...Mark
