Just wondering, is anyone planning on camping outside of any Best Buys? I figured there would be at least one topic on here about it seeing as it launches with them tomorrow.

Why would we camp out at Best Buy if most of us already have iphones?

There may be people here who have no iphone yet, or have v1 and and want 3G. It's plausible.

Oh, I know it's plausible. I just don't think many people would actually camp out for it.

Is Best Buy offering something that the Apple store is not offering? I went into my Apple store the other day and they said they had plenty of 3G's in stock, So why wait at Best Buy for one?

Perhaps Talutha doesn't live by an apple store. I read about people here traveling over 2 hours to get to the nearest apple store...

Oh, I know it's plausible. I just don't think many people would actually camp out for it.

I would not camp out anywhere, especially outside of a Best Buy!

I lie. I stood outside a Best Buy once at freaking 6am with my mom the day after Thanksgiving. It was hell.

I think my mom got a router or something. I told her no more Best Buy shopping the day after thanksgiving, but I am sure I will give in again. :)

This morning I passed our local Best Buy & outside the store they had a tent & stand up sign advertising the 3g but no one was around there other than a couple Best Buy associates, but than again there's a AT&T store right down the street & an Apple store about 15-20 miles away.
