I bought a couple of slot machine games for my mac, they are Phantom EFX Reel Deal Slots Vol. 2 and Nickel Alley. They say they are compatible for Mac OS X. I have a newer macbook and these games will not install and asks me to relaunch or ignore. I have emailed their support center but have received nothing back from them. Does anyone know why they wouldn't install, does it matter what OS X version I have because it doesn't say anything on the box.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

it is very possible they are not compatible with Leopard (OS 10.5). I'll see what i can dig up...

unfortunately, Reel Deal is not leopard compatible... if you click on "System Requirements" on this page (http://www.phantomefx.com/games/rds_second_volume.php#), it lists this:
Mac OS x v10.1 or higher
G3 350 mhz or higher
64MB RAM
500 MB Free Disk Space
NOT LEOPARD COMPATIBLE
Recommended:
Any G4 Macintosh
128 MB RAM
I'm assuming nickel alley is the same, but i can't get the Sys Req link to work on its page (http://www.phantomefx.com/games/rds_nickel_alley.php#)...
sorry :(

Thought I'd note that's the first time I've seen acosmichippo use an emoticon.
He really feels for you.
