CD Burning Question

I did spend a little bit of time searching for this, but maybe it wasn't enough. I'm sorry if this has already been discussed.

I only recently starting using my Macbook as my primary CD burning machine, as I have given away my Dell laptop. I have burned a few CDs using iTunes, but I've been having a hard time finding too many options for burning.

The main thing I'm concerned with is gaps between tracks. The last two CDs I burned had many seemless tracks, but the gaps that iTunes added in between them made the tracks not flow together. I haven't been able to find a way to change this in iTunes. Can anyone help me?

Yes, I'm a newb. I've been resisting using iTunes as long as possible, to be honest o.O

there is an option you can check for songs that will tell itunes to not put a gap in-between songs, but i don't think it carries over to burnt CDs... if you highlight the songs you want to check, "Get Info", the checkbox is here:

actually, it seemed to work for me... in fact i just applied that setting to every song in my library... took about 5-10 minutes for itunes to process (i have about 7000 songs, so it may be more or less for you). Let me know how it goes on your end.
