Movie trailers might not ever be the same, that's pretty unfortunate. There wasn't really clear indication as to the "illness" he had so it makes you wonder what was wrong, he wasn't really THAT old.

Wikipedia states that he passed away from conditions of pneumothorax.
Im not sure if that is right or not.
