Not working for me. I suspect Zinio has changed something.

When I go to that page on my iPhone, I can see 23 magazine covers. Clicking on any of them does nothing. Holding on one, simply asks if I want to save the image (standard Safari option).

This is weird that it's not working for me. I've reset my iPhone too.

Can you confirm that when you go http://www.zinio.com/iphone, it redirects you to http://imgs.zinio.com/iphone/ ? I get that page and tapping on the magazine cover images does nothing. I can resize the images (by double-tapping) and scroll around the covers but that's it :(
