If I do this, will it resync my applications if I'm not restoring from backup? I have corrupted applications ( they won't open) and have applications I paid for I'm worried about losing...

You should be able to redownload apps to iTunes that you have bought at no extra charge.

May I ask what app is corrupt?

Just today Aurora Feint won't open and it really sucks becuase I know I will lose all saved info. Im not sure if its messed up from my JB or what
