Does anyone know of an iPhone case that will allow you to place it into the dock without having to remove it from the case?

I purchased the InCase Molded Rubber case and I like it, I just don't want to have to remove it from the case if I put it in a dock, iHome player, in car tuner, etc.

Thanks.

Hey Otto-
That's a tough call. In looking at the dock, the iPhone sits pretty securely in place. I'm not sure if any case would be able to do that. You peruse a number of cases (http://www.everythingiphone.com/reviews/iphone-accessories-reviews/cases/iphone-cases) that we have set up in our review section (http://www.everythingiphone.com/forum/reviews/iphone-accessories-reviews). The only option I'm thinking would be the Invisible Shield (http://www.shieldzone.com/iphone-screen-protector) or similar product.

Welcome to Everything iPhone!

The Sena Cases mentioned in the other case thread has some that are supposed to be dockable.

Ryukya,

Thanks for the link. That looks like a nice case, but I don't care for the flip style. I'm curious how often that flip protector gets in the way of taking pictures.

Chris,

Thanks for the suggestion. I went through the review area prior to posting. Great looking site you have here. I appreciate the wealth of information.

Thanks! Should get better as we get members adding their reviews. My hope is to get real good user feedback in the reviews section. Good luck with your search!

my case has an opening in the top so I guess you could
a. Turn the phone upside down In the case or
b. Leave it in the case and just put the wire to the bottom of the iPhone

also, the griffin simplifi works with pretty much any case if you don't put in any dock adapters. Seidio also makes a dock that's supposedly designed for use with a case.
