All my ringtones are showing up in iTunes but when I go to sync my phone theyre not all showing up under the Ringtones tab. So when it "syncs all" it doesn't add the newest added ones.

Suggestions?

Keep in Mind that they have to be no longer than 30 seconds and also after you convert them double click on it so it will automatically be added.

1. songs cannot be downloaded through itunes. they are protected.
2. choose an unprotected song (limewire downloads)
3. right click on the song and choose get info. go under options to make your start/finish time. remember it can only be 30 seconds or shorter
4. after u finish that right click and then choose convert selection to acc.
5. after it converts you'll have two files with the same name. choose the one that is 30 seconds or however long you made it. next right click on it. Click on show in windows explorer.
6. change the file extension from m4a to m4r
7. drag the file from the windows explorer to ringtones in itunes.
8. next go under the ringtones tab (in itunes) then check your ringtone(s) you just created so they can sync.
9. sycn your iphone.
10. go under settings on your iphone then click on sounds. click on ringtones and look at the top. All your custom ringtones are there.

if you followed the above steps you should have custom ringtones. Goodluck!!!

There is an option within Windows Explorer that allows you to view or hide file extensions. Go into Tools->Folder Options and click on the View tab. Within that tab uncheck the option to "hide extensions for known file types". After you do that you should then be able to change the file extension allowing you to make the ringtone.

I started using iRinger recently, imported a song, cut it, added fade in and out, and exported to iTunes in a matter of 3 mins. Give it a try http://www.iringer.net/

The only downside is the ******* annoying pop-up add on the bottom that you have to pay $10 to get rid of.
