help with sound

i searched but could not find anything, i was using my itunes with my headphones, i unplugged them. now when i play a song or even talk on the phone, and i raise the volume it indicates "headphones" volume, and i get no sound i tried a restore,reset, and powered off, but no luck. can anyone out there help me!

Try reinserting the headphones a few times, and reboot, that has worked for me when i had no sound.
