Caravan setup help

I have tried and tried but I guess I am technologically inept. I downloaded Caravan but cannot get it to work. I have XP home so downloaded FileZilla since I read I needed a FTP server. Still cannot get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nobody has set this up on an XP system and can help out? I really want to get this running just can't figure it out. I have tried their setup help but it wasn't helpful (for me at least)

THe 1st thing to try is connecting to your FTP server from another computer. If that doesn't work, Caravan is sure not to work.

I got DataCase and it's much easier to set up.
