Parental Control or some kind of internet filter possible?

I want to give a V1 iphone to a kid who would love to have it but his parents want to know if there is any way to set parental controls or filter adult content out of safari.

I know about the restrictions settings, but that disables safari completely and I'd like this person to be able to use safari for appropriate websites.

Any idea?

nope no filters. the only thing is the restriction settings which you already mentioned.
