click restore in iTunes and it will restore back to the previous firmware I believe then it will ask u if u want to upgrade to the new firmware and click yes

There are a couple of people over at ModMyiFone (http://www.modmyifone.com/forums/pwnage/298021-how-pwn-2-0-2-a.html) who have successfully jailbroken 2.0.2. However if I were you, I would wait until the DevTeam officially releases something, especially if you plan on unlocking.
