Iphone 3g and Entourage

Hello, help please, for the following

1. I have imported all my contacts from my address book on my Mac to Entourage into my exchange account - sub section - all public folders - sub section - Contacts. The categories for my contacts do not seem to have been transferred in with the details and now all contacts are in one list? How can I place them into categories.
2. I sync my iphone to my calendar within my exchange account as shown with the green tick. I want though to either sync direct to the ALL public Folders - sub section Calendar or when an entry is place in the Calendar it automatically duplicates into my Exchange Account calendar.
3. How to I delete all public holidays for all countries of the world currently showing in my Exchange Account. This shows up for most days but I do not know how to turn this off.

As far as I know, Entourage does not support categories. It is a nuisance.

I believe that Entourage limits you to 1 calendar. I hope I understood your question.

I have no idea. Did these entries originate from your iPhone or from within one of your Entourage/Exchange calendars?
