There are a few apps that sync directly to the web. I think that Evernote does. I think for this app you might need to have an internet connection.
But to answer your question, I do not believe that there is an application that syncs with Outlook or and Apple products or apps. We might have to wait until apps get more updated.

The product seems ok but i don't think it offers enough to warrant being a subscription service at $10 per year. A once off of $10 might be ok.
