Installer, new beta not working for me

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I updated to the new beta version of installer which automatically refreshes the soueces once it is opened and now it freezes every time it tries to refresh. I have 18 sources and it gets stuck on 18 every time. Please help. Thanks

Happens to me, too. It'll just lock up randomly while it refreshes. It takes about five tries to finally get it refresh correctly.

I've noticed that if you tap "tasks" before the sources start to refresh it doesn't lock up. I just did several refreshes in a row and it went smoothly.

In my opinion, Installer was released way too early. It freezes quite often and lags a bunch. Also, it creates a "task" for everything it does, even loading package icons. This slows it down a lot.

I don't like RipDev.

Where can I download the new installer? I don't care if it is buggy because I am only going to install it on my old V1 that I don't use for anything else.

I downloaded the Community Sources package, and I see blank sources in my source list.. But basically, there are only like 7 or 8 packages that I can install. I know there are more available, but why can't I see them?

Meh, I'll stick to Cydia.
